David’s love for and fascination with real estate is an enduring one.

David grew up in a family of merchants, working side-by-side with his father, grandparents, uncles and cousins at the family’s successful home furnishings business.  The experience imparted him with a strong work ethic and the benefits of working as a team.

As a kid, Sunday mornings were spent pouring over the New York Times Business and Real Estate sections, with an eye to understanding the ever changing direction the market was taking and why.

Arriving in Santa Fe in 1996, David embraced the work that grew from his long-standing interests and drew on his wealth of business experience and expertise. He began his career in real estate in September 1997 and the result has been outstanding.

Prior to living in Santa Fe, David served as Development Director for a New York based educational tour firm. He designed, marketed and managed educational focus tours at the university level and developed cultural programs for international students participating in cultural exchanges in the United States. He lived for many years in the high cliff dwellings of Manhattan’s Upper West Side.

As an Associate Broker, David puts his keen understanding of the marketplace and business savvy to work for his clients. His challenge is bringing all the elements for a successful transaction together. With an MBA in Marketing from American University, he’s intuitive, smart, funny and committed to providing his clients with informed choices in real estate.

Beyond real estate, David is an ardent supporter of contemporary arts in Santa Fe and the civic and cultural organizations that enrich our community.
